Just an update to my last post.  I tried removing and reinstalling
VisualSVN (with a restart in for good measure) and it didn't make any
difference.  Just FYI, these are the steps I performed:

1. Uninstalled VisualSVN
2. Launched VisualStudio and exited
3. Restarted Windows
4. Reinstalled VisualSVN
