Tom, the 192.168.192/22 notation would indicate to me a subnet mask of 255.255.252.0 (22 "1" bits followed by 10 "0" bits) and a subnet value of 192.168.192.0 (apply the subnet mask to any valid address in the subnet to get the subnet value).
