No, VTIME would map to the VCPU. However, remember that Performance Toolkit may be showing the VCPU average for the past interval (usually 1 minute) or average since Toolkit was reset. You can toggle back and forth via CURRENT or AVERAGE commands. IND USER on the other hand is VTIME since the virtual machine was logged on.
