3472 manuals on-line at IBM.COM?

I need to figure out why two 3472 dumb terminals are giving me an M12 
code, especially since one was working fine until I power-cycled it. In 
the very old days, I'd dial into IBMLink and look for the 3472 section. 
However, stumbling around ibm.com, I'm not finding a similar section, 
perhaps because 3472s are only slightly younger than punch card readers.

Are there certain keywords (or URLs) I should use when trying to find 
resources on ibm.com for relatively old hardware?
