3192 Manuals I have ( file No. 3270/4300-06 GA18-2530-0 and GA18-2529 ), but not one for 3472
as asked below what control unit are they attached to ? if it is a 3274
look in the big blue book inside the front cover for the error codes

Absolutely positive. These were the InfoWindow displays that first came
out in the late '80s or early '90s, replacing the 3192 line.
