CMS Dump in Xedit

Thanks everyone for all your suggestions on this problem.  I am very 
rusty looking at dumps (thanks to VM's stability through the years) so I 
thought I would get  "surface" suggestions first before I dig in deep. 
I've increased the user's virtual storage, relocated and increased the 
size of her mdisk (she was at 88% usage), and spooled her console. On to 
the dump I go.....
