Yeah. I think we're way far away from what I was asking about. Can we go back to just printed output management? Another aspect of the question: what about replacing PRINT MODULE with a compiled version of PPS EXEC? Replacing PRINT MODULE would need to be another MODULE, I think, given how some IBM and other applications call PRINT. PPS appears to be a superset of the PRINT function; does anyone know of any features that PRINT has that PPS does not? -- db
