Hmm....  If your system is broken and generating dumps, and your only 
method to get at the dump is to (yuck) print it, the LAST thing you want 
is to depend on the system's frontal cortex to get them printed: 
dispatcher, memory management, SIE management, NSS/DCSS, paging, virtual 
I/O, spool, etc.

But we've gone to a lot of trouble to prevent dumps from ever being 
printed, so it seems no one actually needs to have the system dump 
printed.  We get the dumps we need in other ways.
