I can accept that I missed the message everytime but it was brought to my attention by a consultant who has worked side by side with me. I'm having a hard time believing that we both missed it everytime!
So let me get this straight. If I were to write the file(directxa user) without using the 'doends' it would leave the dasd with 'end' out of the file? That is the way the doc(help) reads. If this is true then we would have had a problem with our page packs(and a few others) that use the end parm. I'm really confused...not that this is a state unknown to me ,so all help is appreciated. thanks Mace
