Lately  it seems that success of HR is defined by how well they strip benefits 
from the employee. And you are involved in, or at least support, that?

You want to know about pensions?  Oh, thank you, thank you for asking!! No 
one seems to care any more.    :-(
For the right price we have plenty of paid consultants here would be more 
than happy to "consult" with you, providing  "re-enlightenment"!    :-)

Pensions (aka: "Defined Benefit" programs) used to be a huge part of our 
business.  Now we do just about everything else related to Human 
Resources, in addition to pensions.

Pension?  What's a pension?  Some companies were "enlightened" more than a
