If the PTF resulted in the build of a new CP or CMS nucleus, look at the load map - the PTF ID should be there as comments.

The reason I ask is that I applied a PTF -- and PUT2PROD reported that it went into production -- but I am still experiencing the symptom I thought the PTF would correct. Thanks, Jon
