Not true. CMS should not be handing IUCV messages (trapped with HNDIUCV SET in WAKEUP) to NETSTAT. Now, if two programs try to use *VMCF* at the same time, unpredictable results will definitely occur since there is no "HNDVMCF" in CMS to provide the needed sharing.
