Ah, contrar my friend!   I still use 3270 to find stuff but when it comes
to ordering, I skip over to IBM S390 Software Fixes and Support.   It
allows quicker access to getting fixes ordered usually (the servers seem
very slow lately though!) and we have automated processes to catch the
inbound e-mail and automagically FTP the packages to our MAINT ID and
DETERSE them.
