Thanks. The wording was intended to fit in with the wording of
perlrun.pod, in particular the (Win32 port only) type env. var. list
elements.
I certainly think that a discussion of PERL_ROOT, SYS$LOGIN, et al
fits well in perlvms.pod. Applying the principle of "minimal doc bloat"
I suppose means that we ought to put it into perlvms.pod *only*.
