I used the install target without incident in 5.5 as I recall, and
with my small fix-up it seems to work fine in 5.6.0 as well (if one
is patient enough to work around my Eudora-munged patch--thanks
Peter).  When you get right down to it there is nothing unVMSish
about typing MMS INSTALL.

Hoff reported here on 3/21 that he's working on it.  I hope those
changes will be integrated into the standard Perl distribution so we
don't have two diverging sets of configure.com, descrip.mms_template,
and so on.
