I meant simply converting from time() to OVMS external time format, e.g.
17-may-2000 12:34:11.45.

D'you mean quadword time to Unix epoch-seconds? I think there's conversion
code in the VMS::Misc module. Check my CPAN directory to see if it's still
there.
