Has anyone else noted frequent crashes of python when running vmtk 0.9.0 on a windows machine? It seems that anything more than running image reader and image viewer cause a crash.
for instance, running: vmtklevelsetsegmentation -ifile X:/Studies/AIF/AIF_01/MR/toftest.vti -ofile X:/Studies/AIF/AIF_01/MR/toftest_seg.vti causes the program to hang saying python.exe is not responding. Similarly running: vmtkcenterlines -ifile foo.vtp -ofile foo_centerlines.vtp causes the system to respond that an error has occurred in python.exe and it has to close.
