Hi, I have some troubles reading the VMTK generated mesh into Fluent. It
appears that the mesh is not valid. The same mesh seems to work fine in
e.g. FEniCS. I have made the Fluent mesh by:

vmtkmeshwriter -ifile foo.vtu -entityidsarray CellEntityIds -ofile foo.msh

is there something else I should be aware of?
