Luca:
I'm not exactly sure how this is done. Do we need to re-build VMTK, and
subsequently ITK and VTK? Or, is this as simple as copying the python script
into the vmtk library?
I will need instructions for both how to build vmtk and how to incorporate
the new script into my vmtk installation.
Thanks for your time,
Ben

Subject: Re: [vmtk-users] Using vmtksurfaceclipper for multiple surface models
Dear Ben,
there is currently no way of passing the widget transform between scripts.
Where, there wasn't until a few minutes ago, because I just implemented it.
Here is the commit:
https://github.com/lantiga/vmtk/commit/5edebc75429110189eeb4b31c3387156be82825b
and here is the new file
https://github.com/lantiga/vmtk/blob/5edebc75429110189eeb4b31c3387156be82825b/vmtkScripts/vmtksurfaceclipper.py
Let me know if you need instructions on how to build vmtk or simply incorporate
the new script in your vmtk installation.
Best regards
Luca
