I am using vmtksurfaceclipper to isolate an aneurysm from its parent vessel. Is
there a way to use the same cutting plane for two separate surface files? For
example, I want to look at aneurysm morphology over a period of time. If I have
surface models for two time points of the same aneurysm, where the second one
has been registered to the first surface model, can I use vmtksurfaceclipper to
isolate the first aneurysm from its parent vessel and then apply that exact
same cutting plane to isolate the aneurysm in the second surface model? I
appreciate any help/ advice you might be able to offer in working around this
issue.

Thanks,
Ben Dickerhoff
