Hello all!
I have a problem with aorta segmentation. I'm using this code /
vmtklevelsetsegmentation -ifile image_volume_voi.vti -ofile
level_sets.vti/. This works perfectly if i select a small and linear
volume. The problem is when i try to reconstruct the aorta cross. It doesnt
appear fully reconstructed but half reconstructed. Can anyone help me with
that?
