Hi all, I have a VNC server that has been working fine up until now. I am new to VNC, and am troubleshooting an existing setup which I did not configure. The problem I am having is that, in the last couple of days, I have been getting complaints from users that when they connect to the VNC server (RH 7.1) via vncviewer (from windows) all they get is a grey screen. Looking at the logs I also find the following error repeatedly:
gdm[17061]: gdm_child_action: Aborting display magneto.se.insighome.com:12 I have tried to restart the VNC server from /etc/init.d/vncserver script without any luck. At this point I am completely puzzled as to why this is happening. I am new to VNC and I was not responsible for configuring the current setup. Any help would be appreciated.
