It suggests that the problem may be with your installation of NT4 SP6a. Have you tried re-installing the service pack? Also, which screen resolution do you use? Finally, is the problem machine multi-processor? Release 3.3.5r1 will contain a work-around for what seems to be a bug in Win32 that can cause problems particularly with multi-processor machines using VNC.
