127.0.0.1 is what is referred to as the "loopback" address.  It always
refers to the local machine.  Unless you have some kind of tunneling set up
you will never use 127.0.0.1 to connect to a Windows VNC server.  If TCP/IP
is being used on the network you will have another IP address.
