Just have the user put their mouse over the VNC icon (don't click). The IP 
address will appear after a few seconds.

You can also try:

VNC Admin Console from http://www.mast-computer.de/. I never got it working 
myself but you might have better luck. Don't let the german text on the web 
site intimidate you. Just click on the "VNC Admin Console" link on the 
right hand side when you get there. From that point on, all screens are 
bilingual.

VNC Manager from http://www.sysworksoft.net/products/vncmng.html


Of course, be sure to check licensing for each of the above before using.
