Why *annoy* the regulars on the list by posting a FAQ every month?
Seeing one more e-mail per month in my VNC folder isn't going to irk me in the slightest. It's no hardship to hit the delete key one extra time.
My e-mail program already has rules to file incoming mail according to its content; if seeing a FAQ once per month starts to annoy me I can easily set up another rule to send that particular mail straight to the bin.
And, if the trade-off is one extra e-mail per month, guaranteed, against the possibility of fewer e-mails overall as more people become exposed to the FAQ, isn't it worth it?
