Not Listening

[Michel & Frank Lapalombella]

Hello,  when my brother runs VNC Server from his programs files, he places
his cursor over the icon on the bottom right hand corner of his screen and
it says NOT LISTENING.  He has WinXP Home and uses AOL as his Online service
provider.  Is there anything else for him to try.
