Here is a link on how to set up Setiathome as a service, you could try
using the software the runs your DSL PPPoE dailer and see it if works.

I have successfully used this for setiathome, I have no idea if it would
work with something like a dialer. Obviously all seti references would
have to adapted to your situation.
