RealVNC and TightVNC. Good, stable, fully cross platform. I like tight, it seems faster but I do cross platform work.

UltraVNC - primary windows based VNC. It can interoperate with the others but has added features for Windows users. This has Windows user/group authentication, and file transfer.

xVNC - I like this one, it has a autoinstaller and so can operate similar to DameWare.

This site has a list of all known VNC derivatives: http://faq.gotomyvnc.com/fom-serve/cache/113.html
