Yes it is very easy you just have to open the good port on your router
(5900) and forward it to the computer on the private network*

Hi everybody, I need to connect to a VNC server that's behind a NAT (so 
I must connect to a machine with a private IP address). Do u know if 
someone did something similiar? VNC viewer is on a machine with a public
