VNC (4) unable to connect to desktop computer using WiFi network on
iPAQ 5550 and WinXP (home). VNC 3 works just fine (if slowly). The
error logged is:
"VNC Server 4.0 - VNC Server for Win32, Version 4.0

socket: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network
address/port) is normally permitted.

On attempted connection, "Active Ports" shows a connection established
(port 5900) to the iPAQ but there is nothing displayed on the PDA
screen. To reiterate, VNC 3 does connect.
