Yes sorry was told it was an authorisation error by the person using it was
only when I looked myself I found the real error.

But there is no difference between how the computer the original file came
from and the computer it went to locate the server. Exact same ip address as
is in the file.

Are you sure that this is the message you are getting?  Your original mail
describes the message as "an authorisation error", whereas the message given
below indicates a more basic failure to resolve a host name to an address.
