Mike,

192.168.1.21 looks like an address allocated by DHCP.  Are you _sure_ that
the server machine is still using that address by the time you try to
connect with the VNC Configuration file?  If possible, it's usually better
to use a machine's name rather than its IP address, since DHCP-allocated IP
addresses will change dynamically whereas names normally won't.
