Bill:

        Heya. Two quick questions:

<snip>
The problem is when I try to connect via the VNC Viewer, I get the
infamous "Unable to connect to host: connection refused (10061)" error.
The address I'm using is the DynDNS domain name, domain.homeip.net:5900
or domain.homeip.net:5901.
<snip>

        Are you testing the VNC Viewer from *behind* the router doing
the port-forwarding, or on the "external" side of it? The 10061 error
is commonly seen when trying to connect via a "hairpin turn" thru a
router's port-forwarding setup. That is, it will work from the outside,
but not from the inside?

Checking you out at IP address "xx.xx.xxx.xx"...

xx.xx.xxx.xx is accepting connections on Display 0 (TCP port 5900).

xx.xx.xxx.xx is accepting connections on Display 1 (TCP port 5901).

        Given this IP address...what happens when you aim the VNC
Viewer at this IP address, from a remote-PC?

cheers,
Scott
