Thanks so much for your interest and input. No, not working at all. And I had my brother install RealVNC and neither of us could connect to the other. I just can't figure it out (and I'm usually pretty technically savvy).

Pass-through is set to on for all VNC programs (server and viewer) and ZoneAlarm has been turned off but still no connection.

Not using it on either computer.
