Are you using the correct IP address in <myip>? Because I feel like
you are saying that you've NOT setup your router to forward 5800 but that
works whereas you've setup the forward of 5900 but that doesn't work. This
doesn't make much sense.
The pitfall most people are doing is the confusion between private IP
address and public IP address. Go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ and
check that you're using the correct public IP address.
