You cannot use the Windows 2000 Terminal Services in the setup suggested with Macintosh desktops. You can only use Microsoft Windows clients with Windows 2000 Terminal Services.
The strength of Citrix is that you can get the client program for more or less any operating system, and the ICA protocol requires much lees bandwidth than the Microsoft RDP protocol.
