Wow...that's complete. If you're taking notes... :) 3 things of note -
(1) NT4 TSE only support 16 color connections; WIn2K supports 256; the XP remote and .NET server (which use RDP 5.1) will allow 16-bit color and also (finally) allow to-console connections. (2) We all know this I think but it bears repeating. Those VNC pages should be treated as a "sampling" of what it out there - if you do a deep enough search you will find lots of other ports and twists.
