Posted by Eugene Volokh: Many Thanks to Creighton Law School: Creighton Law School was kind enough to invite me out to give their annual [1]Koley Lecture this year, and I much enjoyed the visit (plus the opportunity to give my talk on Academic Legal Writing to the Creighton Law Review). I was particularly pleased because I've long admired the [2]inaugural speaker in the lecture series, Dean Rod Smolla, who gave the lecture last year.
