Solomon Amendment and Moussaoui Petitions:
[1]How Appealing has posted the [2]petition for certiorari and
[3]brief in opposition in the Moussaoui case from the Fourth Circuit,
as well as the [4]petition for certiorari in the Solomon Amendment
case from the Third Circuit. These things can be hard to guess, but I
think the Court will grant the petition in the Solomon Amendment case
and deny the petition in Moussaoui.
(For those who are not lawyers or don't follow the Supreme Court, a
rough translation of that paragraph into English would be something
like this: "The case of the alleged 21st 9/11 hijacker and the case
involving military recruiting at law schools have reached the Supreme
Court. I think the Supreme Court will agree to review the case
involving military recruiting, but will decline to review the case
involving the hijacker.")
