You should make a backup of the CALRAM.

I have some python code which does this:

And somebody else has written a windows program that does it,
google or eevblog will find it for you.

Once you have made the backup, look at the date-code of the NVRAM
chip (the small one) and decide if you want to replace it before
or after the internal battery dies.
