Hi David; Could be several things, but most likely is the Dallas DS1220 internal battery is dying and the meter has lost some cal constants. I am a little confused by "Keysight" from the serial number i am guessing mid 90's HP but that is just a guess. Does your 3458A have the full size A5 processor board? You are welcome to send me a photo of the A5 board (the one with the GPIB connector) and I can tell you more. Stay healthy;

I'm still trying to familiarize myself with all of the functions and learn how to use the meter. My question is this after I do a full AutoCAL, there is an error message 110 "Calibration Required." Can someone tell me what's going on? Does it need to go back to Keysight for calibration?
