Here's one that I've seen off and on but this is the first time it hasn't cleared up on its own. One of our customers is using Netscape 4 Mail and for the past week (just called today) he's been getting an error saying that the mail server cannot be contacted. I've tested the account from my side using Netscape Mail 6 on an IMAP connection and it's working fine. Has anyone else seen this or maybe at least know what is causing this error?
