Adam: Make sure the client's ISP has not blocked outbound port 25 for all mail servers except their own. Many ISP's are now only requiring their clients to use their SMTP server. One of our customers is using Netscape 4 Mail and for the past week (just called today) he's been getting an error saying that the mail server cannot be contacted. I've tested the account from my side using Netscape Mail 6 on an IMAP connection and it's working fine. Has anyone else seen this or maybe at least know what is causing this error? Any help is appreciated.
