It's not a problem.

1. In security add their domain thierdomain.com to the "Accept mail relay to
these domains"

2. Set your MX records for your mailserver as the primary preference and
theirs as secondary preference.

Mial.yourserver.com     MX      10
Mail.thiersever.com     MX      20

3. Your done..... Don't add a virtual domain or mailboxes to your VopMail.

4. On their side they need to configure their Exchange server to use ETRN
when it dials up.
