Specifically Dialup. If they are on a leased line or static IP then they
don't need ETRN.

In the case where they have a static IP you just put their MX record
straight to their exchange server.

OR

If you want to perform the filtering/routing for them, then you complete
steps 1-3 (leave out the MX record for their server) and add a forced route
statement under your "routing" config.

If they are on a DSL line with a carrying IP, have them sign up for one of
the dynamic DNS services out there (we recommend www.tzo.com), or if you
host your own DNS on a windows 2000 box they can use dynamic DNS on your
server. The dynamic services will give them a resolvable name that you can
point your routing statement to.

Keep in mind that if you are running VOPMail and trying to do Antivirus
support I don't think that CEF catches anything that is not delivered to a
local mailbox, so all you can offer is spam prevention.

Thanks
