I wonder if Vircom would be willing to implement
some sort of prorated support plan/upgrade cost based on how long since the last
time you were a participant. That way, if we accidentally slip past the deadline
we were unaware of or ignored, we aren't all of the sudden looking for new
radius software.
I fully support Vircom making money and staying in
business. You can't sell below cost and stay alive as seen in enron, worldcomm,
etc. You don't make up a loss on volume.
