OK, this is weird. I received a notice on the 12th that my support plan was expiring in 60 days with an offer to save 20% if I purchase additional support within 1 week. I went to the link indicated and entered my license number and it says I don't have a valid support plan, but I am reasonably certain I do, and their system seems to think so as well.
 
I'm not sure all the kinks are worked out

I wonder if Vircom would be willing to implement some sort of prorated support plan/upgrade cost based on how long since the last time you were a participant. That way, if we accidentally slip past the deadline we were unaware of or ignored, we aren't all of the sudden looking for new radius software.
 
I fully support Vircom making money and staying in business. You can't sell below cost and stay alive as seen in enron, worldcomm, etc. You don't make up a loss on volume.
