We do this by having a special domain ie. realm for GlobalPops.  Users without that domain suffix (realm) don't get on GlobalPops.

We actually have 10 special realms for 10 national networks so users can't hop networks and get us hit with monthly charges from multiple networks.

All of our networks then use the same profile.

Network login example:  [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED]

GlobalPops sends only "usaw3.net" requests to us and blocks all others.  Our users on our local pops can log on with "usaw3.net" if the are "GlobalPops" users or with no suffix if they are not globalpops users.  To do this you set radius to NOT strip realms, making the realm actually part of the logon name, and have the realm as part of the user name in your Database.

I want a special profile that people who want to use globalpops have to be in. Basically I don't want just anybody to be able to use globalpops without being in this specific profile. We used to do this with qwest nation wide ports using some ascend attributes.

Greetings,
Anyone using GlobalPops for nationwide and such know how to make it so the customer has to be in a certain profile in order to be able to get on those ports? We used to have it working with Qwest only but just realized when we moved to GP it let's anyone on.

TIA,
 Scot
