Just post a snip of the log file with the user in question. It should be in VPRError.log if it failed and VPRAcct.log if it was successful.

Has anybody experienced any Password Auth/Login problems with users attempting to use Slipstream & Windows 2000? Seems as though the only problems I've had with Radius was with those using WIN2000.


This particular user has varying degrees of success...sometimes works the first time sometimes not at all, sometimes after 5 or 6 attempts. We're using Globalpops and Vircom Radius, latest version.

I have looked at the error logs, but I don't have any idea how to read the entries looking for problems. At least SOMETHING is documented in the error log, so obviously there's a problem somewhere.

I'll try Vircom tomorrow, just wondering if anybody has any insight.
